2026 Summer School Work
To help students maintain, strengthen, and build upon the skills learned throughout the school year, summer assignments have been provided for all students entering Kindergarten through Grade 8.
Summer Work Requirements by Grade
Please review the requirements below carefully:
Important Reminder: Summer work is a required component of each student's academic program and is not optional.
All assignments must be completed by the start of the school year. Students are expected to submit their completed summer work on the first day of school. Teachers will review and grade all summer assignments, and they will count toward students' academic performance.
We strongly encourage students to work on their assignments throughout the summer rather than waiting until the final weeks before school begins. Regular reading, writing, and math practice helps students retain important skills, build confidence, and prepare for a successful start to the new school year.
