Preschool & PreK
Where a Love of Learning Begins
At Our Lady of the Assumption School, we believe the earliest school experiences should spark curiosity, build confidence, and create a genuine love of learning. Our Preschool and PreK programs provide a nurturing, joyful environment where children feel safe to explore, grow, and discover who they are. Through hands-on learning, creative play, music, and meaningful social interaction, students begin developing the foundational skills they need—not just for kindergarten, but for lifelong success.

Building Early Academic Foundations
Our early childhood program is thoughtfully designed to support the whole child. Each day balances structured learning with exploration and play, helping children build independence, confidence, and essential skills. Our curriculum introduces key academic concepts in a way that is engaging, interactive, and developmentally appropriate. Language & Literacy Students build early reading and writing skills through storytelling, letter recognition, and expressive language activities. Science & Discovery Exploration of the five senses, seasons, and the natural world encourages curiosity and observation. Mathematics Hands-on activities help children understand numbers, patterns, and basic problem-solving. Social Learning Through play and collaboration, students develop teamwork, empathy, and an understanding of the world around them. |
