Payment Plans
We will be using FACTS for tuition Payments for the 2018-2019 school year.

To set up your payment plan go online and register at FACTS Tuition Management to enroll your children under Our Lady of the Assumption School and select a tuition payment plan. Once enrolled, you will be able to access your account to update or edit your profile if necessary, check your tuition and student billing balance, make payments, review account history, change your method of payment, and live chat for assistance. Once enrolled you do not need to re-enroll each year, your account will roll forward each year.

FACTS Management allows families to choose the payment plan that works best for them. Below are several payment plan options that you may choose and indicate on your Tuition Contract each academic year.
Payment Options
Plan A: Pay in Full
One payment in full due in June.
Payment date options: 10th, 15th, 20th or last day of the month.
May pay via checking account or credit card (fee)
No Enrollment Fee when paying in full.

Plan B: Two Payments
Two equal payments, the first due in August and the second due in February.
Payment date options: 10th, 15th, 20th or last day of the month.
May pay via checking account or credit card (fee)
$20 Enrollment Fee.

Plan C: Monthly Payments
Ten monthly payments, beginning in July and ending in April.
May pay via checking account or credit card (fee)
Payment date options: 10th, 15th, 20th or last day of the month.
$50 Enrollment Fee.

Plan D: Loan Options
Payment plans ranging from 12-60 months for a minimal finance charge. For further information, visit YourTuitionSolutions.
Contact Information
It is important to verify that the email address in the FACTS system is your preferred emails address for anything related to tuition or fees due to OLA. FACTS will be using this email address for all future notifications. In addition, if there will be someone, other than the primary payer listed in the system, calling into FACTS with account inquiries or to make a payment, it is important they are added as an ‘Authorized Party’. If anyone other than the primary payer or the authorized party calls into FACTS they will not be able to receive any account information, in accordance with privacy laws.
