Lunch Program & Calendar
At Our Lady of the Assumption School, we know that a successful school day includes time to pause, recharge, and enjoy a nourishing meal. Our lunch program is designed to make midday simple and convenient for families while giving students meal choices they enjoy in a safe, welcoming environment. Monthly lunch calendars are shared with families in advance so you can plan ahead with ease.
Lunch at OLA
OLA offers families the flexibility to choose the lunch option that works best for their child and schedule. Students in grades 1 - 8 may either purchase an annual lunch pass for the school year or order lunch on an individual daily basis.
Each day, students are offered two lunch choices:
This structure allows students to enjoy variety throughout the month while also having a familiar option available each day.
All lunch purchases—whether through the annual lunch pass or individual lunch orders—are billed through FACTS for convenience.

Ice Cream Days
Students also have the opportunity to purchase ice cream on Tuesdays and Thursdays after they have finished eating their lunch.

Our monthly lunch calendar makes it easy for families to view upcoming meal choices and plan ahead. The calendar includes the daily hot lunch option as well as the weekly alternative option, so students know what to expect and parents can make the best choice for their child each day.

Allergy Awareness
OLA is proud to be an Allergy Aware School, and the safety and well-being of our students remains a top priority. We ask all families to partner with us in helping maintain a safe lunch and snack environment for children with food allergies.
Please do not send foods containing nuts or tree nuts, or products labeled:
Because manufacturers may change ingredients and labeling at any time, families are encouraged to carefully review product labels before sending food to school.

- An alternative lunch option, which remains the same for the week
This structure allows students to enjoy variety throughout the month while also having a familiar option available each day.

- A consistent weekly alternative lunch option
- Annual lunch pass available for families who prefer a full-year option
- Daily lunch ordering available for added flexibility
- All lunch charges billed through FACTS
Ice Cream Days
Students also have the opportunity to purchase ice cream on Tuesdays and Thursdays after they have finished eating their lunch.
- Ice cream is $1.00
- Students may bring in cash for ice cream purchases
- Small bills are appreciated
- Ice cream is purchased after lunch has been eaten

- No foods with “may contain” or shared-facility nut warnings
- No homemade baked goods are permitted
