Flexible Care for Busy Families
At Our Lady of the Assumption School, we understand that family schedules don't always fit neatly within the school day. Our Extended Day Program provides a safe, caring, and structured environment before and after school, giving families added flexibility while ensuring students are supported, engaged, and well cared for.
Whether your child needs an early start, extra time after dismissal, or both, our dedicated staff create a welcoming atmosphere where students can learn, play, complete homework, and enjoy time with friends.

Before School Care
Our Before School Care program provides a supervised and welcoming start to the day for students who arrive before the regular school schedule.
Students enter through the Main Building cafeteria arrival doors and are supervised by OLA staff until the start of the school day.
Students in Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten may also attend Before School Care in the cafeteria and will be safely escorted to their classrooms in the Saint Francis Center (SFC) when the doors open at 7:45 AM.
Please Note: Students arriving before 7:15 AM will be charged the $10 daily Before School Care fee. Families should refer to the sign posted at the arrival doors:
After School Care
Our After School Care Program offers students a balance of recreation, enrichment, and homework support in a safe and nurturing environment.
Students enjoy:
The program is available Monday through Friday on all full school days and is not offered on early dismissal days.
Registration & Billing
Families wishing to participate in the Extended Day Program must register in advance by submitting a monthly attendance calendar to the Extended Day Coordinator by the first day of each month.

All Extended Day fees are billed through FACTS Tuition Management.
Registration Policies
Families who do not submit a monthly calendar by the first of the month will be charged a $20 surcharge per child, per week for the entire month, in addition to standard Extended Day fees.
If a calendar is submitted and a child is scheduled to attend but does not attend on a designated day, a $20 fee per child will be applied.

We appreciate your partnership in ensuring prompt pick-up each day.
Late Pick-Up Policy
Students picked up after 5:30 PM will incur a late fee of $1.00 per minute, per child. All late fees will be added to the family's FACTS account.
