Guidance Counselor
  • Consult with teacher’s and administration regarding student’s social and emotional needs
  • Consult with parents regarding any concerns about their children
  • Counsel individual student’s and small groups to help meet identified social, emotional, and academic needs
  • Develop a personal and trusting relationship with any student in need
  • Listen and console students no matter what issues arise
  • Treat all students equally
  • Believe in each student and encourage them to be the best person they could possibly be
  • Help all students deal with what is going on in their life in a nonjudgmental way
