Band
OLA partners with Paul Effman Music to provide our scholars with the opportunity to practice and present their playing abilities of string, woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments. Open to Grades 1–8, with programs designed to fit each student’s level of learning. |
Heavenly Praise Choir
Students in Grades 1–8 are invited to share their voices through song. The choir sings at all school Masses, as well as one Sunday Mass each month, giving students a meaningful way to participate in the life of the Church and school community. |

Drama Club
Students build confidence and creativity through acting, storytelling, and stage performance, developing public speaking skills, collaboration, and self-expression. The experience culminates in a full production for the school and wider community, giving students the opportunity to showcase their talents and take pride in a shared accomplishment. |
Quiz Bowl
Students in Grades 7 & 8 at OLA prepare throughout the year to compete in the annual Quiz Bowl —a long-standing academic competition that has brought together local middle schools for over 25 years. This fast-paced, buzzer-style tournament challenges students’ knowledge across a range of subjects, including history, science, and literature. Through practice and preparation, students sharpen their critical thinking, recall, and teamwork skills while building confidence in a competitive academic setting. |
