BEFORE SCHOOL
-Early drop off fee: $12 daily
-The arrival doors open at 6:45 a.m. for early drop off (fee) until 7:15 a.m. through the Main Building back cafeteria arrival doors.
-The doors to the SFC (St. Francis Center) open at 7:45 a.m. for Preschool, PreK, and Kindergarten. Students in the SFC may attend Early drop off (fee) in the cafeteria and will be walked to class.
AFTER SCHOOL
The After School Program provides activities for the students including indoor and outdoor play, as well as homework time. Our professional staff will provide your child with after school daycare, Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day we have a full day of school. A snack and drink are provided each day at the start of the After School Program.

EXTENDED DAY INFO
The OLA Extended Day Program allows families greater flexibility for drop off and pick up times if needed and is available each day we have a full day of school (not on early release days). Families must sign up ahead of time to attend the Extended Day Program.

Cost: $15.00 per hour per child billed through FACTS Tuition Management.
Please note: No After School on early dismissal days.
Extended Day begins at 2:30pm for St. Francis Center and 3:00pm for grades 1-8 until 5:30pm.
Thank you for your commitment to picking up on time.
Students will play outside, weather permitting, or will be inside.
Pick up for Preschool through Kindergarten students is at the Saint Francis Center (SFC) either inside or at the playground.
For Grades 1 through 8 student pick up:
is either at the cafeteria door (arrival doors) until 4:00pm or Saint Francis Center after 4pm until 5:30pm
If you do not provide the calendar by the first of the month to attend, you will be charged a surcharge penalty of $20.00 per child, per week, for the entire month, in addition to the standard extended day hourly fees for each child, everyday of the month they are in attendance.
If you do submit the monthly calendar, but your child does not attend on a day he or she was expected, you will be charged a flat fee of $20.00 per child/per week.
Late Pickup Policy: Students picked up after 5:30pm will be charged a late pickup fee of $1.00 per minute/per child. All late fees will be added to your FACTS bill.
