Before You Begin
To complete your application, please have the following materials available:
The Admissions Process
Our admissions process consists of five simple steps:
Step 1: Schedule a Tour
Visit our campus, meet our faculty and staff, and experience the OLA community firsthand.
Step 2: Submit Your Application
Complete and submit the online application along with all required supporting documentation. Families interested in tuition assistance should also complete the financial aid application at this time.
Step 3: Student Shadow Day & Assessment
Prospective students in Grades 1–8 are invited to participate in a Shadow Day, where they will experience a typical day at OLA while completing their entrance assessment.
Step 4: Admissions Decision
Our admissions team carefully reviews each application and communicates enrollment decisions to families.
Step 5: Enrollment
Accepted students complete the enrollment process and officially become part of the OLA family.

Before You Begin

- Copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of the student’s Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- School Transcripts/Academic Records (Grades 2–8)
- IEP or 504 Plan documentation (if applicable)
- School and Camp Health Form completed by the student's pediatrician
- Entrance Assessment (scheduled individually with each applicant's family)
- Completed Application and $72 non-refundable application fee (per student)
